A six course Degustation prepared by head chef Ryan Smith (4 time good food guide award winner) paired with a selection of wines from Tyrrell's of the Hunter Valley. Managing Director and 4th generation wine maker Bruce Tyrrell will guide us through each of the paired wines as well as explain the rigors and achievements of the Australian Wine making industry.
